Afterwards, avoid placing items directly on the insulation as it can reduce its effectiveness and strain the ceilings.

How disruptive is the work?

The installation of loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, heating controls, and small energy-saving measures is generally quick and unobtrusive, often completed within a few hours. However, preparing your property for these installations, such as clearing out a loft, might take longer. While this is usually up to the homeowner, in some cases, the installation company may offer assistance. Please ask your surveyor for more details.
