What happens at the end of the job?

The tradesman will show you a work ticket detailing the completed work and any additional charges for materials or parking. If you agree with the total, you can sign the ticket, and the tradesman will take payment over the phone. You will then receive a receipt via email.

What if I don’t use up all the time I have booked?

If you book a half day or a full day, you'll be charged a flat rate. For ordinary bookings, you're charged by the half-hour with a minimum of one hour for plumbers and electricians. However, if you book two hours and the work is completed in one hour, you'll only be charged for that one hour.

How can I make the most of my booking?

To get the best out of your booking, try providing a photo of the job beforehand. This helps us estimate the time needed and the tools and materials required. We also recommend having a few extra small tasks ready in case our tradesman finishes the main job early. Make the most of their time while they are there!
